Vivian L. Buck Powell, 78, of Parkersburg, WV died Tuesday September 18, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Ralph K. and Margaret (McAllen) Buck. She is survived by two sons Joseph Buck (Patricia) of Williamstown, WV and Marvin R. “Skip” Powell of Lithia, FL; stepson Rocky Powell (Dianna) of Beckley, WV; four grandchildren Joseph Buck II (Karissa) of Sistersville, WV, Matthew Buck (Brittany) of Parkersburg, Cameron Powell, and Cason Powell; two step grandchildren, Kyle Thompson (Ashley) and Logan Powell; two great grandchildren Blake Buck and Trenton Webster; and two step great grandchildren Karmyn Thompson and Kain Thompson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin R. Powell, Sr., two brothers, and a sister. Services will be Saturday 2:30 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Frank Miller officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
