Obituary for Virginia Steinmetz Higgins Virginia Steinmetz Higgins age 88 passed away on Aug. 31, 2018. She was a native of Jacksonville, Fl and had made her home in Baldwin county for the past 12 years moving from Florida. She was retired from the George Washington Insurance Company. She was predeceased by her parents, Lester Steinmetz and Ruth Searle Steinmetz. She was a member of the Jehovahs Witness. Survivors include a daughter, Susan (Gary) Gigliotti of Milledgeville; son, Robert M. ( Rene’) Higgins of Tampa, FL; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren Services will be private.
