Obituary for Terry Zimmerman Mr. Terrill Gene Zimmerman, 74, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born May 15, 1944, in Lebanon, to the late Robert W. and Clora R. (Jackson) Zimmerman. A life-resident of Lebanon, he was a 1962 graduate of Lebanon High School. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Terry was first married to Cynthia K. (Ballard) on March 18, 1966 in Tacoma, Washington; they divorced. On December 24, 1998, he married Julia Ann (Reagan) Maynard Zimmerman, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. She preceded him in death on July 2, 2012. Terry had worked for Allison Gas Turbine beginning in 1966. For a period of time between 1970 and 1973, he worked at MetLife Insurance then returned to Allison where he worked as a machinist and retired from there in 2000. In his free time, Terry enjoyed flying private airplanes and riding his motorcycle. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
