Obituary for Stephen McCarthy Stephen E. “Steve” McCarthy, age 59, passed away on September 22, 2018. He was born on May 20, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. Stephen was the son of William J. and Rosemary T. McCarthy. He is survived by his older siblings; Mary (Anthony) Madonia, Kathleen (Frank) Brown, and Paul (Rosemary) McCarthy. Steve was an uncle to Anthony, Jimmy, Eric, Colleen, Frank Jr and Jamie. Friend to many. He was a Caretaker of his favorite labs, Kelly and Ellie. Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
