Sarah Pauline Dunning 1925 2018

Obituary of Sarah Dunning Sarah Pauline Dunning, 93, Marion, passed away at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at University Nursing Center in Upland. She was born in Pebble, Kentucky, to the late Harrison and Alta Ray Stephens and was a resident of Marion since 1942. She married Clarence Dunning, and he preceded her in death. Sarah retired from RCA in 1985 after over 30 years of service working in the White Room. She was a member of the RCA Retirement Club and Sympathy Club, A.A.R.P., and West 8th Street Wesleyan Church. After her retirement, she was a volunteer at Marion General Hospital and was actively involved with Marion Grant County Senior Citizens Center and Super 60s. She is survived by her son, Rocky (Carolyn) Hall, Gas City; daughters, Belinda Felton, Tennessee, and Brenda Hall-Weikal, Marion; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Her daughters, Paula Jarvis and Katrina Hall, and her sisters, Nadine Woodard and Peggy Harmon, also preceded her in death. The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Sarah’s funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at www.nswcares.com.
