Ruby J. Tipton, age 93 of Sevierville, passed away Wednesday September 26, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Tipton; grandson, Eddie Tipton, daughter-in-law, Edith Tipton, parents, James and Mary Ayers, sister, Sarah DeBerry. Survivors include her Son: Wayne E.
