Ronald Nelson League October 7 1946 August 27 2018

Obituary for Ronald Nelson League Ronald Nelson League, 71, peacefully passed into the comforting arms of the Lord on August 27, 2018. He was born on October 7, 1946 to parents Orville and Irene League in Redding, CA. As a young boy, his family moved to Nebraska and grew up in the middle of Cornhusker country. He was an avid Husker fan even after moving to Texas. Ron also enjoyed NASCAR and certainly had his favorite drivers and helped them by screaming at the TV – often. He preferred listening to old classic country music and often sang along in his not-so-perfect pitch. Ron is survived by his wife, Marcilynn; sister and her husband Juanita and Jack Martin; sister and her husband Jan and John Horn; son Darin League and wife Carrie; son Troy League and wife Schawn; grandsons Tyson, Hunter, Parker, Cameron, Maddux, and Connor. Memorial contributions can be made to Abiding Love Lutheran Church, 7210 Brush Country Rd, Austin, Tx 78749, Salvation Army, or the charity of your choice. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a future date. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Ronald Nelson League please visit our Sympathy Store.
