Richard Aragon passed early Sunday morning, September 16, 2018. Soledad was the town he called home up until his illness this past February. He was a graduate of Gonzales High School and was employed by D’Arrigo Bros. for his working career. He will be missed by his family and friends for his gentle demeanor, ready smile, and willingness to share the latest stats on the 49ers and the Giants. A Rosary will be held 7:00p.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis Street, Salinas, CA. 93901. A Chapel Blessing will be held 11:00a.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis Street, Salinas, CA. 93901. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, a donation in the memory of Richard Aragon may be dropped off or mailed to the Soledad YMCA branch, at 560 Walker Drive, Soledad CA 93960.
