Obituary for Richard Lee Skinner Richard Lee Skinner, 79, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday September 11, 2018 at his residence in Linton. Born February 27, 1939 in Greene County, Indiana the son of William J. and Wilma B. Skinner. Richard worked for Brandstetter’s pluming and was a member of the Allen Chapel Church in Bloomfield. Surviving relatives include his children, Chris Skinner, Teresa Bartlett, Mary Ruth Bland and Rick Skinner, several grandchildren and one sister, Karen Stivers. Richard was preceded in death by one son Stewart Skinner, siblings, Darrell Skinner, Peggy Allen, Judy Bruce and his parents. There will be no public visitation. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. The family wishes any donations be made to Jenkins Funeral Home in Richard’s name.
