Paul W. Brown, of the Town of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, in Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on January 3, 1947, a son of the late Arthur J. and Kathryn [Halloran] Brown. Mr. Brown graduated from LewPort in 1965. He was an electrician with the New York Power Authority for over 38 years before retiring in 2002. Mr. Brown was a member of the Moose Lodge, the Wilson Conservation Club and volunteered with the Wild Kritters. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, camping, traveling and working on his antique cars and tractors. Mr. Brown is survived by his wife of 45 years Gretchen A. [Smith] Brown, one son Jonathan J. Brown, two brothers, Neal (Gerry) and Bruce (Lynn) Brown, three sisters Linda (Dennis) Herman, Bonnie (Doug Darling) Atkins and Debbie (Louis) Pitts, also many nieces, nephews and Rumely. His family will be present on Friday from 4-7:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will follow at 7:30 PM. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in his name to Wild Kritters, 3300 Saunders Settlement Rd., Sanborn, NY 14132.
