PATRICIA REGAN PHELPS, age 60, of Semora, NC, died Thursday morning, August 30, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Phelps was born February 19, 1958 in Durham County, NC daughter of the late James Marcellus & Mary Kathleen Dunn Regan. She was formerly employed with BD Bio Sciences and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Regan of Roxboro, NC, Jessica Phelps of Semora, NC, two grandchildren, Shawna Phelps, Jayden Sampson, and a sister, Shelia Tuck & husband, Roy of Roxboro, NC. In addition to her parents Mrs. Phelps is preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Shawn Phelps, sister, Kathleen Ann Whitfield, and brother, Jimmy Bascom Wilborn, Sr. Per Patricia’s request, no services will be planned. Arrangements are by Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services, 1810 Durham Road, Roxboro, NC 27573. Online condolences may be made at stricklandandjonesfs.com.
