Obituary for Opal Henry Opal Jo (Reynolds) Henry of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born in Foster, Oklahoma on June 21, 1935. The second daughter in a family of 8 children. She attended school in Pernell and Foster. Opal married Paul Henry on November 17, 1951. They made their home in Elmore City for the last 60 years. Opal worked at the hospitals in Wynnewood and Pauls Valley. She enjoyed gardening, mowing, reading, quilting, and crochet. Every summer she raised a garden and canned. Her family was her pride and joy. Mrs. Henry is survived by: 2 daughters: Connie Pirtle and husband David of Elmore City, Oklahoma Bonnie Stubblefield and husband Donnie of Elmore City, Oklahoma Son: Paul David Henry and wife Sheila of Elmore City, Oklahoma 7 grandchildren and 7 -great-grandchildren 2 brothers and 2 sisters Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by: Her husband: Paul Henry Parents 3 brothers Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Elmore City Cemetery.
