Odeas Odie L Jones 2018

Odeas (Odie) Jones lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away August 31, 2018. He was born to Ora and Dorothy Jones February 26, 1936. He was preceded in death by his son Tom Jones, great granddaughter, Kayley Clayton, sisters, Betty Delair, Bobbie Bain and his parents, Ora and Dorothy Jones. He is survived by his wife of fifty years Carolyn Quates Jones, his sons Danny, David and Bill of Salinas, Tim (Tina) Jones of Arnold, Ca. and his daughters Terri (Mark) Horning of Sweet Home, Or. Nancy Brown of Placerville, Ca. and Lisa Jones of Salinas, He was a proud grandfather to thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a loving uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He worked at several autobody shops in Salinas until 1994 when he became the owner of Agri-Trade School. He loved fishing and occasional trips to casinos but his biggest pleasure was spending time with his family. There will be a Celebration of Life 11:00a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Rancho Cielo, 710 Old Stage Road, Salinas, CA. 93908. The family request any donations be made in memory of Odeas Jones to Rancho Cielo.
