Obituary for Norman F. Stiffler Stiffler, Norman F., 52, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018. Norman was an EMT and a volunteer for the PRP Fire Department. He was a happy, silly and spontaneous with everything, but most of all a very giving person who was loved by many family and friends He is preceded in death by his parents. He was an only child. Norman is survived by his former wife and caregiver, Judy Alkhabi; step children, Amanda Vincent, Misty Vincent, Salimah Alkhabi and Ali Alkhabi; his precious fur friend Sox of 10 years and many step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
