Norma Jean (McMillen) Smith-Marshall, age 84, of Punxsutawney, passed away, Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Punxsutawney Area Hospital. Norma was born September 17, 1934 in Punxsutawney to the late Norman and Ruth (Burkett) McMillen. She was a member of the Countryside Baptist Church. Norma worked many years at Rolla-Jensen before retirement. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be very missed. Norma is survived by her husband Larry B. Marshall of Punxsutawney. They were married July 20, 2002. Two sons; Richard J. Smith and Mark Smith and wife Lorry all of Punxsutawney. Five grandchildren; Jerod, Justina, Stephanie, Zoie and Stone. One sister; Dorothy Smith of Punxsutawney and two sisters in law; Barb McMillen of E. Liverpool, OH. and Diane McMillen of Mahaffey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband; Robert J. Smith on November 2, 1994. Three brothers; Ed, Dale and Leonard McMillen and one sister; Mary Haas. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney. Additional viewing will be held from 10-11 am, time of service, on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Donald Pendley officiating. interment will follow in Markton Cemetery.
