Obituary for Mr. Mark Wayne Johnson Mark Wayne Johnson of Saint Petersburg, Florida, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Northside Hospital – Saint Petersburg after some recent health challenges. He was 56. Mark was born in Dallas, Texas on August 29, 1962. After moving to Florida in the mid 70’s, he embarked on his career as a carpenter. He was a true handy-man that enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things around the house and for others. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with friends and enjoying the excellent beaches this area has to offer. Mark is survived by his partner and beloved friend of 10+ years, Deborah Rayburn. He leaves behind two brothers and a sister; Paul Johnson of South Dakota, Roger Johnson of California and Katie Sue Johnson of Texas. Mark was a good neighbor and dear friend to many including Wayne and Carol Stewart. He will also be dearly missed by his rescue dog and companion – “Lucky”.
