OBITUARY Kelly Thompson February 12, 1953 – August 30, 2018 White House, TN— Kelly Thompson, age 65, passed away Thursday August 30, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He graduated from DuPont High School in 1971, and then he proudly served 4 years in the United States Army. Not only did he serve our country, but also the community through his love for coaching. Preceded by his mother Frances Thompson, brother Tommy Thompson, and nephew Eric Thompson. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Connie Roeser Thompson, daughter Kristy (Robert) Worrell, son Darrell (Holly) Thompson, 4 beloved grandchildren Hailee, Aaron, and Ryan Worrell and Cole Thompson. Sister-in-law Tonya Thompson, niece Kellye (John), children Austin (Anna), and Abby Gross. Special family friend Mrs. Pauline McClure. His celebration of life will be at Hermitage Memorial Gardens from 12pm to 8pm on Sunday September 2, 2018. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Nashville Public Television (NPT), 161 Rains Avenue Nashville, TN 37203 and Alive Hospice.
