ROTHERMEL, Kayla E., 24, of Craig Rd., Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Michael R. Rothermel, Sr. and Joan A. (Card) Rothermel. Kayla was a loving caring mom of 2 beautiful little girls, she was so full of life and every moment spent with them were the happiest times of her life! It always made her gain inner strength to strive for the best! She had hopes and dreams and was looking ahead to a brighter future for herself and her daughters. She always knew how to make you laugh. She had an amazing personality and her laughter was contagious. Kayla was her dad’s “Little Skeeter” and her mom’s “Angel Baby Girl”. Besides her parents, she leaves her fiancé, Edward Sass; two daughters, Jasmin Rothermel and Avalynn Morra; two brothers, Michael R. Rothermel, Jr. of Warwick, Joseph Rothermel of Providence and a sister, Brianna Rothermel of Fall River, MA. Visitation will be held Monday morning, September 10, 2018 from 9:00 – 11:00 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet.
