Obituary of Juan Lara Juan C. Lara, of Mission, Texas, passed away September 26, 2018 in Waukegan, Illinois. Juan was born March 13, 1947 in Mission, Texas. He was united in marriage to Bibiana M. Lara April 20, 2002 in Waukegan, Illinois. He was a member of the Christian Assembly of God Church. He is survived by his wife, Bibiana M. Lara, his children, Vicente Lara, Rebeca Avalos, Jose Luis Lara, Efren Lara, and Norma Lara; his grandchildren, Daniel Lara, John Lara, Joseph Lara, Gabriel Lara, Morayma Avalos, Norberto Avalos Jr., Mayra Avalos, Claudia Avalos, Bianca Lara, Jessica Acosta, Sara Acosta, David Ruvalcabar, Zackery Stephen Lara, Mattew Joseph Lara, Sophia Maritza Lara, Sara Ashely Minenia, Selena Mercedes Lara, Maceo Jose Luis Lara, Efren Lara Jr., Alondra Lara, Andrea Lara, and Mia Lara; his brother and sister, Jose C. Lara and his family and Eloisa L. Avalos and her family; and nephews and nieces, Maria Avalos Lara, Jose Avalos Lara, Erika Lara, and Jose Lara Jr. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois 60099 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service following immediately at 7:00 p.m.
