Obituary for Jose Antonio Rangel Jose Antonio Rangel, born October 23, 1968 in Mexico passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 49. Mr. Rangel is preceded in death by his Mother, Elpidia and Brother, Ramon. Mr. Rangel is survived by his Siblings, Sergio, Aide, Noemi, Hilario, Aurelia and Eduardo; Wife, Vicky; Close Friends, Mariana and Luis and 15 nephews and nieces.
