John B Hogan 1929 2018

Obituary of John Hogan John B. Hogan, died on August 30th, 2018. He served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954. He was the founding partner in the law firm of Hogan & Sarzynski, now known as Hogan, Sarzynski, Lynch, DeWind & Gregory, LLP. In the past, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Associated Catholic Charities. He was a member of the Broome County Poverty Task Force. For many years he served on the Board of Directors of Skytop Lodge and was the Secretary of the Corporation. He was Chairman of the Silver Lake Municipal Authority. Surviving are his wife Cornelia, children Mark (Roxanne), Connie, and Paul (Lisa), and grandchildren Ryan, Sabrina, Samantha, and great grandchildren Hailey, Angelina, and Chase. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Highland Avenue, Binghamton, Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Those desiring to make a contribution to his memory can do so by making a gift to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 2500 Adams Avenue, Scranton, Pennsylvania 18509-1515.
