Jacquelyn Patricia O’Neal September 20 1937 September 19 2018 (age 80)

Jacquelyn P. O’Neal, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, as a resident of Niceville, Florida. From her birth in Deerfield Beach, Florida on September 20, 1937, to her passing, she lived a life of faith, family and community. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church where she enjoyed her work with the African-American Catholic Cultural Awareness Group. While a veteran of the United States Air Force she met and married Bill O’Neal and added three jewels to their hearts, Monica, Steven and Mark. She has two daughters-in-law, Miyuki, born in Japan and Beth, born in England who she loved dearly. She was the proud grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren; Melony, Shanae (who left us far too soon), Ethan, Clare, Grace and Matthew. She is also survived by her sisters, Sylvia, Jackie, Sheila, Ernestine; brother, Lionel and a host of much-loved nieces and nephews. At the time of her passing she was enjoying a life well lived. She loved her family, her religious endeavors and her community. To know her was to know a person who had an infectious laugh, a generous spirit and a presence that made one want to perform at their best. Her spirit is soaring and singing God’s praises! She is Home!

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Jacquelyn Patricia O’Neal September 20 1937 September 19 2018 (age 80).
