Obituary for Hazel Jefferson Hazel Jefferson age 71, passed away Sunday September 23, 2018. She was born to Sylvester Ervin Sr. and Lessie Clark on June 22, 1947. Mrs. Jefferson is preceded in death by both her parents and two siblings; Martha Manna and Sylvester Ervin Jr. She leaves to cherish her legacy of memories to her loving husband Henry Jefferson, children; Charmaine Blanchard, Camille Jefferson, Takisha Jefferson, five sisters; Laura Williams, Gertrude Surney, Sherrie (Jason) Greer, Chrystal Lewis , Tammy Caldwell and Monique King, eight grandchildren, nineteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
