OBITUARY Grant Webb Sullivan September 27, 1933 – August 31, 2018 Grant Webb Sullivan, age 84, widower of Joyce McCarson Sullivan, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018. Mr. Sullivan was a U.S. Army Veteran, was retired from Bell South, and was a member of River Road Baptist Church. Mr. Sullivan is survived by a son, Mike Sullivan (Jan); a daughter, Christy Snuggs (Scott); six grandchildren, Amanda Jennings (Todd), Grant Sullivan, Jr. (Heather), Adam Sullivan (Andie), Jessica Sullivan, Ashley Blomeley (Geoff), and Ana Howard (Jay); 13 great grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Richardson; and a sister, Winnie Daniels. He was predeceased by a son, Greg Sullivan; a granddaughter, McKenzie Sullivan; a brother, Jimmy Sullivan; and three sisters, Helen Haymes, Margaret Kelly, and Jane Ridgeway. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Mackey Funerals & Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609, conducted by Rev. Van Pigate, with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International, 2939 Chesnee Hwy, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
