Grace J. Frost, 88, of Wellsboro, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. She married the late Malcolm R. Frost on March 18, 1950 in Big Flats, NY. They shared 51 years of marriage together prior to his passing in 2001. She was born on January 10, 1930 in Holtsville, NY, the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Blanche M. (Henderson) Radford. Grace was formerly a member of the United Methodist Church of Wellsboro, the Women of the Moose of Wellsboro and the VFW Social Club. She took great pride in being a homemaker for her family. She will be remembered by family and friends for her kind-hearted nature, as she was always willing to befriend anyone, including strangers. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Morgan E. (Christine) Frost of Lancaster, PA; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; brothers, George D. Radford of Corning, NY and Richard W. Radford of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Virginia A. Mace of Montgomery, AL and Bonnie L. Quatrene of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and beloved husband, Malcolm, Grace was preceded in death by her son, Dale E. Frost; great-granddaughter, Arissa Clymer; three brothers and two sisters. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, September 1, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901. Grace’s funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Darwin “Tink” Cranmer officiating. Burial will take place in Gray Cemetery, Covington.
