Mr. George C. Spickard age 75 of LaFollette passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018. He was retired from the LaFollette Utilities, a Member of Clear Branch Baptist Church, and a Veteran of the U. S. Army. George was an avid Golfer and loved the Mountains. Preceded in death by Parents, Herman and Naomi Tiller Spickard, Sister, Alice Spickard Curry. Survivors: Wife of 50 years, Mrs. Kaye Spickard; Son, John Spickard and wife Jackie; Grandson, Hunter Lawson; Sisters, Wanda Green, Nora Buetel, June Rash, Dorothy Spickard, Jane Yeager and husband Walter, and Diane Mantia and husband Tony; Special Friends, Emily Cambron, James Levitt, and Timmy Kitts. Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Wednesday 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Norton, Bro. Jerry Crutchfield, and Bro. Kenny Baird officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Wednesday before services at Walters Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet Thursday 10:30 A.M. and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services and interment with Full Military Honors conducted by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
