Obituary for Erick Barbieri-Astorga Erick Barbieri, age 40, of Shorewood, originally of Lima, Peru, passed away unexpectedly on September 15, 2018 in a tragic boating accident. Erick leaves behind a loving wife, Denise and his 4 daughters, Elena, Natalia, Rosa and Alessandra. He is also survived by his father, Hugo and 3 siblings. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Astorga. Erick was an incredibly loving and generous man. He possessed so many qualities but above all else he was a wonderful father and loving husband. He especially enjoyed travelling, being on the lake, soccer, and eating and cooking delicious food. He had a charisma that people were drawn to and he will be missed by many. A visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00PM on Friday, September 21 at St. Hubert Catholic Community, 8201 Main St., Chanhassen, MN 55317. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 22 at 11:00am, also at St. Hubert. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be put in a fund for Erick’s daughters.
