Catherine made her journey to the Spirit World on August 29, 2018 at the Sanford USD Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Catherine is survived by her husband, Kenneth Standing Soldier of Pine Ridge, SD; mother, Catherine Jealous of Him of Pine Ridge, SD; brother, Albert Jealous of Him of Allen, SD; and special grandson, Orlando Black Hawk. Catherine was preceded in death by her father, Antwane Martinez; sisters, Naomi Jealous of Him, Rebecca Last Horse, and Shirley Jealous of Him; auntie, Ruth Swimmer; and cousins, Carol Gay and Nora Gay. Pallbearers will be K.P. Standing Soldier, Albert Jealous of Him, Taylor Bongo, Frankie Rogers, Robin Martin, Brian Lee Herrald, Calvin Pumpkin Seed, Orlando Black Hawk, and Deondre Black Hawk.
