OBITUARY Bobby Gertrude Williams June 25, 1926 – September 20, 2018 Mrs. Bobby Williams, 92 of Gadsden passed away on September 20, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Union Hill Methodist Church Cemetery with Brother Larry Garrard officiating. Services provided by Morgan Funeral Chapel. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Helfrick; husband, Hugh Williams, Sr.; grandson, Jamey Williams; parents, Robert and Maude Overstreet; and six brothers and six sisters. She leaves behind to cherish her memory two stepsons, H. Ray Williams (wife, Karen) and Hugh Williams, Jr.; Grandchildren, Shawn Williams, Brandi Bickers (husband, Tobie), and Layla Hall (husband, Alex); Great Grandchildren Katelyn Williams, Kennedy Williams, Seth Bickers, Gavin Hall, Lenora Hall, and Amora Hall; several special nieces and nephews, as well as her special friend and helper, Monica Waters. Pallbearers will be L.T. Sampson, Philip Gleason, Edward Sharp, Edmond Steapleton, Richard Cornelius, and WH (Billy) Taft. Honorary Pallbearers will be Hoyt Claburn, Mike Nunn, James Overstreet, and Robert Overstreet. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tidmore Bend Fire Department.
