Obituary for Ann Chanfer (Damiano) Ann Marie Chanfer, 78, beloved wife of Robert Chanfer, of Mary Lou Avenue, Westerly, passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Born in the Bronx, New York, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Rose Damiano. A graduate of Christopher Columbus High School in the Bronx, Ann Marie then worked as a bookkeeper for several businesses while raising her children in the Pelham Parkway region of the Bronx. In addition to her husband, she will be forever remembered by her two daughters, Laura Behler of Westerly and Bobbi Ann Chanfer of Fair Lawn, NJ; three sisters, Concetta Laccetti, Lorraine Isola and Jeri Bové, all of New York; three grandchildren, Robert Behler, Alexa Lasek and Andrew Lasek; many nieces and nephews; and her devoted friend Esteretta Sharp. Ann Marie was predeceased by her sister Theresa DeMuccio. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Friday, July 27, 2018 at noon.
