Albert Ray Swink, Jr., 63, of Dawson, passed away on Monday September 10, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born August 14, 1955 in Mt. Pleasant, the son of the late Albert Ray Sr. and Sarah Belle (Lint) Swink. Once he graduated from high school, he worked for Anchor Hocking Glass until its’ closure. He was a member of the Dunbar Eagles. Albert was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors. Albert is survived by his wife, Susan M. (Roadman) Swink; children, Shauna Swink, Stephanie Casterline and husband John of Wickhaven, Jeffrey Hice and wife Leta of AZ and Todd Hice and wife Rhonda of Mill Run; grandchildren, Gage and Serenity Swink, Mercedes Timms, Alex and Ava Hice and Madison and Morgan Hice; siblings, Betty Hall, Theresa Hall, Shelly Thomas, Clifford Swink, Michael Swink, Jack Franklin and Frank Franklin and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Wilson and Lynn Mellinger. Funeral arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425. There will be no visitation held and interment will be private.
