Obituary for Jeanne O’Hearn Jeanne A. O’Hearn (nee Myers), age 94, went home to be with the Lord on Friday August 24th, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m., Saturday, September 8th at The Church of the Nativity 1225 Alta Vista St. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 8th, from 9:00 am to 10:15 am at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home 2659 JFK Rd. Jeanne, was born on April 29th, 1924 in Dubuque. Although she lived the past 60 years in Lisle, IL just outside Chicago, Jeanne maintained strong family and friendship connections to Dubuque. A Granddaughter of C.J. Spahn, co-founder of Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., Jeanne was a member of the Alumnae Association of The Academy of The Visitation having been a member of the Graduating Class of 1941. She is survived by her children, Robert (Marisa), Maureen and Patrick; her grandchildren, Eddie, Colleen, Robbie, Kelly and Caitlin; and by her eight great-grandchildren. Jeanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert C. O’Hearn; her infant daughter, Patricia Marie; and her sister, Ann Myers Thomas.
