Obituary for Georgia “Stipp” Rapp Garden City- Georgia “Stipp” Rapp, 64, died on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City. She was born on April 14, 1954 at Garden City the daughter of William Philip & Thelma Lu (Neuerburg) Rapp. Stipp graduated from Holcomb High School in 1972. She graduated from St Mary College in Dodge City and Coffeyville Junior College with her degree in Medical Lab Technology. She worked at St Catherine Hospital, Garden Medical Clinic & Siena Medical Clinic as a Medical Lab Technician. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Garden City and the American Association of Clinical Pathologists. Stipp enjoyed her cats, dogs and being around babies. She is survived by her Brother- George & Sherry Rapp of Holcomb, Sister- Sue & Mike Reed of Garden City, 2 Nephews- William A. Rapp & Aaron Rapp & Niece Abigail Reed. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM Saturday at Garnand Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. Memorials are suggested to the Thelma Rapp Nursing Scholarship at Garden City Community College. Friends may call from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday at Garnand Funeral Home.
