Zelda Elise Sissel, 66 Zelda Elise Sissel, 66 of West Portsmouth made her heavenly journey home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at SOMC Hospice. She was born May 28, 1952 in Portsmouth to the late James Beecher and Thelma Lee Hileman Henry. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers; David and Tom Henry. She was a loving mother, grandmother, a beautician, and a member of Bikers for Christ. Zelda is survived by her husband and sweetheart; Stephen W. Sissel Sr. who she married December 19, 1970, a son; Stephen W. Sissel Jr. of West Portsmouth, 2 daughters; Christina (John) Mahle of Portsmouth and Cassy (Josh) Rawlins of Marysville, Ohio, and 6 grandchildren; John Mahle Jr., Ethan Mahle, Laycie Mahle, Audrey Sissel, Alayna Sissel, and Dylan Rawlins. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Roy Bennet officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Saturday and one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
