Obituary for Willis Fowler Willis A. Fowler, 15, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018, at his home. Willis was born January 3, 2003, in Tyler, Texas, the son of Joshua and Emily (McDowell) Fowler. Willis attended Central High School, completing his freshman year. He enjoyed drawing and spending time with his dog, Oscar. He will be remembered as a loving child who cared for his family, and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Willis is survived by his parents, Joshua and Emily Fowler; his sister, Madelyn Fowler; his grandparents, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A memory service will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 2nd at 4: 00 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
