Obituary for Mr. Willie Floyd Hazel Willie Floyd Hazel was born in Hampton Va, on September 30 1962 to the late Daisy P. Hazel and Willie E. Hazel. Junnie had a beautiful spirit, an inviting smile and a soft chuckle when he laughed. Junnie was very artistic and worked as a display artist for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s in New York City before joining the United States Armed Forces. Junnie, as we affectionately called him, grew up in Newport News Va and is survived by his son, Willie Washington and daughters; Janell Washington and Hope Hazel. He is also survived by sisters; D. Marie Wilder, Dianne Logan, Angeal Hazel, Leatsie Matthias, and Chiquita Jones. Since childhood, Junnie developed a brotherly bond that has stood the test of time with Best Friends, Lonnie Williams, Curtis (Rash) Jones, Robert Shaw, Robert (Swilling) Johnson, and Edward Lee Taliaferro whom he leaves behind to cherish memories that will last a lifetime.
