William (Bill…Jim…Jim Dandy) Thomas Dulik, 80, passed away June 25, 2018. He fought a courageous battle against cancer but in the end his heart couldn’t endure the pain. The son of Tom and Betty Dulik he was born in Ronco, Pa. where he lived until he joined the Air Force. His first assignment was to England where he met his wife of almost 60 years Rosemary (Jean) and they had four children together. They lived in various states until he retired from the Air Force after twenty years and… Read More » settled in Decatur Illinois until he moved to Little Rock Ar. to take a position at the Little Rock Airport. He moved to Sullivan three years ago to be closer to friends and family and less traffic. He was a devoted husband to Jean and was looking forward to celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary in September. He was a caring father to his children Kim, Bob, Shelly, and Jay and a doting grandfather to his nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Bill will be most remembered for his generosity, loyalty, and contagious sense of humor. No matter what the situation was he would always have you smiling and laughing. A Celebration of life service will be held at the Masonic Home in Sullivan on September 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away…enjoy the moments….they go fast.
