Obituary for Willard Justice Cecil Justice 77, of Raccoon, KY passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at his residence. Cecil was born September 19, 1940 in Pikeville, KY to the late James Justice & Stella “Slone” Justice. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Reeford Justice. Cecil is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, who has stayed by his side throughout his illness, Gayrene “Chapman” Justice, three sons, James Edward Justice, his wife Evelyn of Raccoon, KY, Jackie “Jack” Justice, his wife Margaret of Pikeville, KY, Harold Justice, his wife Gena also of Raccoon, KY, one daughter, Gaynelle Richerson, her husband Terry of Campbellsville, KY, twelve grandchildren & eleven great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren & Special family members Mary Justice & Jeff Settles, & a host of many friends. He was a member of the Bethel Community Church. Cecil was a hard working man. He loved his wife & was devoted to his family. He adored his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren. Cecil will be sadly missed by all who knew and treasured him. The family will accept friends at the Bethel Community Church at Raccoon, Ky 6PM Wednesday, July 11, 2018 and Thursday with services each night at 7PM with Jerry Estep & Bill Smith officiating. Funeral services will be Friday, 1:00 P.M. on July 13, 2018 at the church. Burial will follow at the Justice Family Cemetery at Raccoon, KY. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home of Pikeville, KY.
