Obituary for Wayne Barton Wayne Barton, 69, passed away in Katy, Texas, on Monday, June 25, 2018, as a result of complications from diabetes. On March 16, 1949, Wayne was born in Clovis, New Mexico, to Loyd and Evadene Payne Barton. He was the second of four children and was preceded in death by his parents and two younger brothers, Mike and Henry Barton. Wayne is survived by his daughter, Deanna Barton of Farmington, New Mexico, and her children: Nathaniel and Wyatt; daughter and son-in-law, Janice and John Walker of Houston, Texas, and their daughter, Ashley; sister and brother-in-law, Georgia and Steve Gates of Katy, Texas, and their children: John and Debbie; and sister-in-law, Helen Barton of Roswell, New Mexico. A loving brother, father and granddad, Wayne will be dearly missed.
