Vickie Lynn Hood, age 60, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away July 7, 2018. She was born on January 31, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska to Richard Lloyd Wallace and Juanita Fae Cline. She was preceded by her husband, Gary McKnelly; father, Richard Wallace; step-father, Henry DeLong and sister, Kim Wallace.
