Obituary for Shirley Ann Siggers Shirley Ann Siggers, 71, of Alexandria, passed on Saturday, July 21 in Gainesville, Virginia. She had retired from her job as a mental health caregiver in Fairfax. She was a member of St. Paul Christian Center. She cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Among her survivors are her children, Jacqualin Jones and her husband Garrick Jones, Joseph Leroy Witcher, Jr., Ebony Dorothea Siggers, David Lee Siggers, Jr. and Kevin Siggers, a sister, Fayette Kelley and over twenty grandchildren and a like number of great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, David Lee Siggers, a daughter, Angelica Christine Witcher and several siblings. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1 at Pierce Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Thursday, August 2 at the funeral home.
