Obituary for Sandra Miller (Payne) Sandra L Miller,77, of Martinsburg, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born September 28, 1940 in Jefferson County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Royce Irving Payne and Elizabeth Payne. She was a member of the Friendship United Methodist Church. Sandra is survived by her husband of 60 years Paul C. Miller; four sons, Frank Miller, Robert Miller and wife June of Martinsburg, Jeffrey Miller of Martinsburg, Jonathan Miller of Martinsburg; one sister, Carolyn Gisriel and husband Stan of Florida; four grandchildren, Jenny Miller and Danny Grubb, Christy Kopp and husband Charles, Shawn Miller, and Taylor Miller; three great grandchildren, Harper and Briar Kopp, and Josey Grubbs; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sons, Michael Craig Miller, David Miller, and Scott Miller. Family will receive friends form 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM Thursday, July 5, 2018 prior to the service at Brown Funeral Home. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Order Flowers
