Obituary for Rose Mary LeGrand Rose Mary LeGrand, 85, of Fort Myers, FL died on July 24, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 9, 1933, in Newark, NJ to Benjamin and Margaret Hicks. She married James LeGrand on November 1, 1953. Surviving are her 8 children, Linda (Dennis) Calhoun of Fort Myers, FL; Maureen (Mark) Sheppard of Haleyville, NJ; Robert (Eileen) LeGrand of Waretown, NJ; Denise (Scott) Drost of Edison, NJ; Donna (Thomas) Spisso of Toms River, NJ; Paul (Susan) LeGrand of Beachwood, NJ; Christine (John) Ardesia of Fort Myers, FL and Patty LeGrand of Hackensack, NJ and 18 grandchildren; Sean, Denise, Jason, Thomas, Mike, Amanda, Heather, Megan, Anthony, Shane, Mark, Kaitlin, Christa, Jesse, Molly, Cooper, Erin and Dominic and two great grandchildren Aiden and Madison as well as two brothers Ronald (MaryJane) Hicks and Harry (Ann-Marie) Hicks. She was predeceased by her loving husband, James and her mother and father. Rose Mary was a long-time resident of in Edison, NJ and Fort Myers, FL. She loved the outdoors, camping, boating, and golf, as well as mahjong, cards and especially a good game of spoons. A private service for immediate family and friends will be held August 18 at 11:00AM at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Manahawkin, NJ with a luncheon to follow.
