Robin Michelle Hertz November 29 1959 July 9 2018

Obituary for Robin Michelle Hertz Robin Michelle Hertz, 58 of Saint George, UT passed away on July 9, 2018. She was born to Jimmy Simmons and the late Mary Simmons, also of Salt Lake City. She was a loving mother, an adoring daughter, and a sassy sister. Family was her greatest love; she cared deeply for those around her. Life can be unwieldy and stressful, but she managed to maintain a profound sense of optimism and poise. She battled an aggressive form of cancer for the better part of two years before it finally took her over. She is no longer in pain. Her family and friends will miss her dearly, but look forward to seeing her again in a better place. Robin is survived by her father Jim Simmons, of Utah; her sister Gayle Simmons, of Salt Lake City; and two brothers Craig Simmons, of Oklahoma; and John Simmons, of Salt Lake City. She is also survived by four children: Kristin Hertz, of Colorado; and Mitchell Hertz, of Utah; her beloved poodle Symi; and her turtle named Turd. A memorial potluck will be held at the family ranch in Pine Valley, just outside of Saint George, UT on Saturday August 4th at 4pm 2018.
