Ricky Lee Payne, 60, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at his home in Concord under the care of Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County. Ricky was born August 15, 1957 in North Carolina to the late William Thomas Payne and Virginia Helen Payne. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Weaver Sr. and William “Butch” Payne. Survivors include wife, Darlene Farmer Payne of Concord, NC; daughter, Kelly Payne of West Virginia; and sons, Ricky Lee (Brandy) Payne, Jr. and Anthony (Destiny) Farmer. Survivors also include brother, Richard Payne; sisters, Donna Elaine Cochran and Debbie Edwards; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather, and he will be truly missed by all his family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Payne family.
