Richard Coulter peacefully passed away June 20, 2018 after a brave struggle with COPD, surrounded by his family, in his home in Fremont, CA. Born February 8, 1934 in Belvidere, Illinois, to Robert and Alberta Coulter, he was 84 years old. The Owner of Coulter Rentals in Fremont since 1972. When he retired in 1997 his love of family, gardening & all things mechanical filled his days. He is survived by his beloved wife Alba Burnett, stepchildren Corey & Jocelyn, son Mark Coulter, sister Gayle Mousis, grandchildren: Ambrielle, Alina & Amirah: He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Coulter and deceased wife, Joanne Coulter. He will be laid to rest privately with his family, at Irvington Memorial Cemetery, Fremont, CA. Donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
