Richard DeWayne Blackman, Sr., 75 of Fayetteville, GA passed away at his residence on Friday evening, July 27, 2018. Heas born in Omaha, Nebraska on August 8, 1942. He was retired from the Salvation Army as a security officer. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Sizer, brother Donald Sizer, son Phillip Blackman and daughter Dorothy Struck.
