Paula Willey 2018

Durham, NH Paula Willey, 65, died on July 16, 2018 at the Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH after a brief illness. She was born on September 24, 1952 in Exeter, NH, the daughter of the late Paul R. O’Connor Sr. and Frances M. (Eldredge) O’Connor. Formerly of Newmarket and Lee, NH, Paula grew up in Exeter and has been a resident of Durham since November, 2017. She was a very talented cross stitching artist known for her beautiful cross stich and needlepoint creations. She also loved to read in her spare time. Paula is survived by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth P. Willey of Durham, NH; her daughter Sarah Willey of Exeter, NH; her son Brent Willey of Durham, NH; her sister Donna O’Connor of Exeter, NH; two brothers, Gary A, O’Connor of Exeter, NH and Paul R. O’Connor Jr. of Portsmouth, NH; and many nieces and nephews. An hour of visitation will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 12-1 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH. Funeral Services will follow at 1 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Ste. 110, Bedford, NH 03110.
