Obituary for Patricia Duncan Patricia Duncan, 66, of Harlan, passed away June 30, 2018 at UK Hospital in Lexington. Mrs. Duncan is preceded in death by her Mother, Daisy Marlowe. Patricia is Survived Locally by her Son, Timothy Napier and Ex Husband, Donald Ray Napier. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. We will update when available.
