Nola Cadieux 2018

Nola Cadieux, 85 of Williston, VT died unexpectedly on July 8, 2018. She was born on July 27, 1932 in Burlington VT to Ernest and Loretta (Gelinas) Cavoretto. She was a graduate of Burlington High School where she met the love of her life and a week after graduation, on June 23, 1951 she married Gerald Cadieux in Burlington, VT. She retired as a secretary from IBM. She is celebrated by her husband Gerald, and daughters; Jody and Richard Barry, Michelle and Doug Lavalette, Danelle and Alan Barup and her son Gregory. She is also celebrated by sisters Carmen Church and Marlene Smiley, along with 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is also celebrated by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Dolores. She enjoyed travelling the world and country as her husband served in the Navy. She toured England, Scotland, Wales, Bermuda, and Mexico. She also visited Hawaii, Santa Barbara, California, El Paso, Texas and lived 5 years in Naples Florida. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday July 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Rt. 2 in Williston. Burial will follow at East End Cemetery in Williston.
